For me, 639 is a little ambitious when you consider that the kitchen, all bathrooms, and flooring need to be redone. And there is no pool.
Where is the mail box of the house, just curious. I've never heard you mention about it in your videos?

HOA???Nice home, price seems reasonable but I’d be frightened to buy right now and possibly have it go down in value in the near future. I’m just staying patient and stacking cash.
The lighting in the kitchen was dated. They should at least have a Jacuzzi in patio for the price.
Nice home but does need some work.
They build houses on top of each other in the middle of the desert. No thanks.
