@@5464916 products with little to no ingredients that are “toxic” or that negatively affect your body or health (i.e. endocrine disrupters, carcinogenic ingredients, allergy or immunotoxicity causing ingredients).
@@KatieMusser and where do you get information whether a product is toxic or non-toxic?
My doctor, as well as online medical reports and other information that is all easily accessible online. EWG is also a great resource if you are looking to get more into it. It shows you all of the ingredients in the product, and highlights which can be toxic as well as what concerns they have (i.e, toxic perfume with synthetic ingredients and fragrance can be an endocrine disruptor). Not saying all of these products I shared in this vlog are 100% non-toxic, but they are lower tox compared to other products I previously used. I'm not here to shame other people for using whatever products they'd like, truthfully I don't care. I'm on a journey to heal my hormones and these are things that I have found to be so helpful, so I wanted to share for those interested. If you aren't one of my viewers who care about non-toxic products, that's totally okay!
