12:00 I will say, we have seen game Mimic control things wirelessly, I.e. Helpi. In Ruin, Helpi actively gains Mimic's eye color and uses voice clips of Cassie's voice to Mimic it over the loudspeakers during the beginning of the DLC. The Mimic uses Helpi the entire DLC through the digital world wirelessly. He even argues with Helpi somehow over his radio despite the fact Helpi is communicating to use via neural implant and 'Grimic' is using a radio
Mimic is definitely a fresh antagonist that was unfortunately introduced awfully. At least he isn't copying Afton anymore, otherwise he'd be the same Afton just different. I personally don't like his story because the engineer losing his child is kinda a parallel to Charlie and Henry, or something similar to it. And at the time with him copying Afton, that felt like he was just a copypasted character. Even if now he's different i still don't see how he's story is really good ngl, not hating on it or anything and it's not bad, but it's definitely not as good as people say it is, at least in my opinion.
@@PredictedCyborg Yeah it's a shame that Vanny was hyped up and then there was nothing for her. She's my favourite antagonist, and she really deserved better. 😞
@@PredictedCyborgyo guess what twf 4 was released its pretty amazing I suggest checking it out btw your doing great job keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have to say that you were very good at pointing out stuff that I’ve been thinking about in the games and the books that I feel weren’t mentioned by anyone. What I wonder still is the deal with mimic and the lion suit. It could be coincidence but maybe it’s more of a reference to the tiger mimic as they are both cats? But still I’m not sure.
I've seen thoughts that the 3 costumes he merges into one are a reference to an older location, maybe even going all the way back to the 70s. I'd like that, see some of the Fazbear past.
So something I've noticed is that the Mimic oddly looks a bit like it has Funtime endoskeleton bits and in one of the Ruin endings, you can get it scooped. I am prefacing this with "these are things I noticed and not necessarily enough to hold water for a theory", but I think it might be worth checking the Funtime animatronics again to see where they all went. Yes we know for a fact that Ballora, Freddy, Foxy, and Baby all wound up becoming Ennard, and Baby got booted to become Molten Freddy. But what about Yenndo or the Bidybabs or even the springlock suit you get stuck into? I think the Mimic looks like it could be a rough mix of the two, especially since both have been canonized as actually being around as of HW2. Plus if the Mimic was around since SL in some way, it would explain a few things, like the blinking doll heads in the main room and why it was possible for Michael to be possessed by the animatronics.
Yes make the video about Afton being Glitchtrap and Burntrap I've been trying to prove it for so long, and counter all the evidence Mimictrap believers say.
I will add that said video will be mostly speculation and guesses, my own personal headcanon. I've no desire to get involved in any actual arguments. ^^;
Very good video there! And yeah has much as I do like the mimic, it could have been better handle when trying to set him up in the games and books really so I agree with ya points on this. Say have you heard that WF4 is finally going to come out now? Pretty exciting stuff!
@@PredictedCyborg Well what we seen of the Ruin DLC, it seems that things are getting back on track again but we just have to wait and see on if that keeps up with the next game. Also heh, I see what you did there ;)
@@Voxwoods things are not getting back on track the fuck are you saying? It’s better if the mimic was not the main antagonist mimic animatronics should be side antagonist
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I do want to like them, but it does feel like the introduction was handled a little poorly. Here's hoping for more context with future installments! ^^;
I still don’t believe burntrap and glitchtrap are the mimic I still believe they are William even knowing that burntrap was captured by the blob and glitchtrap was destroyed but not fully dead
4:52: ok already i don’t like that detail. We already have the pretty good origin of the mimic being lashed out on, so it outputs more grief outlash on ppl but now it’s saying it’s origin is that it was ordered to rip stuff apart and now it rips ppl apart.
I think the second story was more to add why it specifically removes limbs, idk. I still wish we had some backstory for them in the games or even a nod to it, lol.
@@PredictedCyborg I mean does it really need to taught how to rip off limbs? I feel ed’s outburst is already enough. Also ye I wish he had his origin acknowledged in game like have candy cadet say that it’d be perfect.
my biggest problem with Mimic is that he originally was a pure novel character. but a vast portion of the FNaF fanbase never read the novels. introducing Mimic into RUIN without any backgrounds and/or explanation not only took game fans by surprise, it annoyed them, because they had expected a lot of different twists. I mean, ok, it wss obvious pretty much from the get-go that Cassie wasn't talking to the real Gregory. but still... just as with Vanny, the devs have messed up big time with Mimic.
The biggest issue about FNAF these days is that Steel Wool is taking cues from Scott’s awful story telling. At this point I want answers than more mysteries.
and most likely the mimic is a rip off from popgoes, remember simon? yeah, fritz rebuild his brother, with a AI that was supposed to mimic simon's good parts, but later the robot sees the MCI articles and starts mimicking simon fitzgerald murder behavior (simon fitzgerald is purple guy in this universe btw)

Great video, and as much as Ruin was a great step up, it still adds too much confusing questions then answers. And again, STILL CONFUSING
I have no issue with more questions, I'd just have loved some answers for past questions. xD
@@PredictedCyborg yeah. The story is confusing as it is, font confuse is more😭😱

It always was a bit of a question whether the Biddybabs and Minirenas ever became a part of Ennard. So yeah, possible.

Another brilliant video from our very own Cyborg. Wonderful, thank you for the content! I'd personally love just any more content from you. ❤
Well I do have a few ideas. Besides the one on Afton, I've also got a small theory on Gregory too... should make that one, it'd be fun.
