I think a really important detail about XChara here (and in the S2 intro) is the the fact that instead of knives, they are using a sword and shield like what a knight would wield possibly suggesting a transition into a more heroic personality
Whatever, if something like a Power combination between souls would be some kind of fusion or something like monsters sharing their powers to help the two humans
I mean, Chara was never evil. They were a innocent child, that was experimented with, had their friends killed, their father their mother, killed for the reason of “perfection” this caused them to go insane, stopping at nothing to rebuild their broken universe. And anything to stop the man that caused all their pain.
I really want to see Frisk, X-Chara, Fatal Error, Error, Ink, Fresh, and Cross battle against X-Gaster. That would be one of the coolest animations of all time.
The battle would prob not include error and fatal due to them having ink there which is pretty obvious why they won't be there Edit:also I don't think error and fatal error would be very fond of fighting together since you know THE LORE OF THIS WHOLE THING

If you think about it Frisk is basically in Chara’s situation. With everyone going after him in XTale, only difference is Chara overwrite that on purpose.
In the opening scenes we always see Frisk and XChara together side by side. Frisk does have their SAVE button. So either he's going to see save those corrupted, or save XGaster. Or like in Undertale save both the corrupted and the corrupter.
I want an instrumental of this so bad, I love that ONE motif that shows up in a more redeeming fashion than the depressing ones we have heard in Underverse.
Ok yall I have a theory for part 2 of episode 7. Error fought cross and ink. Both got away, and cross met geno. Error is most likely going to try finding cross. Geno will most likely get in his way, resulting in geno's death. However, canonically, error killing geno is the result of fatal error. And that, my friends, is how fatal error will probably be introduced.
That's what I was thinking! Though if it's true then it's a bit sad that Geno is only in Underverse for 1 episode though. I'm exited to know that other people have the same theory as me :)
The issue is that Fatal Error doesn't just appear when being killed by Error, he specifically appears when being killed in the Game Over Screen- Considering this Geno is clearly a post-good ending one I have no idea why he would return to the Game Over Screen. Maybe Geno and Error fight, Geno almost loses, but retreats to the Game Over screen where he knows he can't die, Error kills him anyways and boom, Fatal is born.
Crazy as it is they can't trust these doppelgangers, seems XChara is here to help. Its true not everyone likes Frisk now that they remembered all timelines, but it's not over yet.
Sans understands but he can't help but feel hopeless. Papyrus was right, the human HAD good in them. The others can't seem to feel right about Frisk so far after remembering timelines.

The title definitely makes sense. Chara hasn't been redeemed. Just because X gaster is a bigger threat, Chara still hasn't changed and might be even more angry. I think Chara will finally look at how he was wrong and then help Frisk.

i theorise that the next part will be geno sacrificing himseof to save cross from error sans just like outertale sans tried to save undertale sans and ending up stuck on the strings he tries to esca0e to thensave screen but error follows and finishes him but just like the comic is he became fatal error as he cannot die on save screen making him glitch to that point
