I think there are alot more people who covered this song, some who are not celebrities, so your list is not complete and it doesn't really make any sense to name them all. But sometimes the original singer didn't grasps the feels, and thats why some songs don't get to be a hit. To be honest, Minnie's version was more on point than Jessica's version, and was even better than Sarahs original. When I listened to Sarah Bareilles Gravity, I didn't feel anything, it didnt hit me. Minnies version did.
