I purchased one, and it’s more expensive but it’s so worth it. I use it Monday through Friday for work, I actually purchased it because we only get a 20 minute lunch break but we only have 1 microwave. It’s been fantastic, large and fits a lot of food in there.

Yeah I agree you can buy a thermos at Walmart for like ten dollars and a sustenance bento box for around ten dollars

I don't like how everyone stereotypes kids as vegetable haters! Like seriously most people i meet think every single kid is gonna throw a tantrum if you give them vegetables! I happen to be 13 and i have loved vegetables since I was little! I even took a shine to steaming squash as a snack! This is the meanest thing to do!
Despicable parents thinking you have to threaten your child with no dessert to make them eat vegetables! (I'm aware some children don't like vegetables, but don't stereotype every single kid!)

I eat rice too
I do the same thing with the cheese and pretzels but I use cheese and grapes. It's a delicious sweet a savory mix if you get a good cheese to compliment it. I use a sliced deli cheese that I switch based on my flavor preference for the week. Then, I slice the cheese into strips and roll it into a tiny pinwheel. Pair that with the grapes, which I cut in half, and it's a snack healthier than what I find in the vending machines at work. Coworkers definitely eye this one so be prepared!

I eat kiwis whole. There is nutrient goodness in the skin. Also I love the tahini mixed into the avocado. I have been trying to think of a protein to add the avocados. I normally just to chia or hemp heart seeds, but the tahini is a nice choice.

I ad avocado to many school sandwiches and my girls never complain of soggy sandwiches. Just make sure you add a little lemon to the avo otherwise they will turn brown

Polari3 AJ because it's sweet. When I gave up sugar, fruit definitely became my dessert. Depending on what her kids usually eat, fruit would be considered a dessert.

Fresh fruit and vegetable for a dessert? That isn't a dessert. If you live in the states you should know this. It isn't a dessert. Desserts is cookies, snack cakes, cake, cupcakes, etc. Not furit or vegetables
everyone knows it's not a dessert. but is it really healthy for kids to eat cookies and cake everyday? if you teach your kids to eat fruit and vegetables early, they'll learn to eat it their whole life. I'm Australian and I know what a dessert is. It's quite obvious.
