I agree 100% with offering a free shipping event. I've done similar events, resulting in customers becoming loyal customers. I think what people fail to understand is that most places that offer free shipping are including it in the price of the item. Places like Amazon certainly make it more difficult for smaller businesses like ours. I've stopped offering free shipping but have been playing with some ideas for events going into the next year. I hope you have a great busy season!

Thank you so much! Do you mean the safety data sheets for ingredients and formulas? I just print all data sheets for my ingredients and store those and batch records, etc. in binders. Look for the book "Good Manufacturing Practices" by Marie Gale. It a huge resource as is her other book on cosmetic labelling. hope that helps! 💕

Where do you get your crinkle paper and do you know which box I should use for like 2, 4 ounce boxes
Hi! I get it from Nashville Wraps, they have a ton of colors. It's so hard to know the size of the boxes, I would just order from them a few sizes to see which box fits best. Hope that helps!
Hi Caitlin, do you use an app Orr third party company to buy shipping label or you buy them from Shopify?
Hi! I use shopify for all my shipping. I used to use ship station but the savings wasn’t much different from shopify and I didn’t want to pay the monthly fee.
@@caitlinblue ohh ok I see, ☺️ I use pirate ship and they already have that Scan form you can print so when you go to usps you just show that paper with bar code, same thing with the app you were using that you showed in the last part of this video, i’m just wondering so I asked☺️
