I borrowed the clamshell style compressor from a friend, if I recall it was a Snap-on tool. I've used several style spring compressors and I felt the most safe and comfortable using this style of tool. I don't know if there are several different styles of these tools. I quickly looked on line and there seems only to be one size. I would guess the length of the arms were about 12-14" long. thanks for watching and glad to be of help. Cheers.
The best video I have seen explaining how to change a coil spring on a Falcon, thank you sir !
thanks John. i'm glad to have helped you.
glad to help you. I was lucky to have been able to borrow the spring compressor.
