Great breakdown on John Wall, but I was wondering on the first move he does, just how does he do the cross-over to go the other direction. Is it done low below the knees, or higher up on his body (torso area?). I know he uses misdirection (eye fake) and then speeds up after the cross. I like this move, and I am going to practice it, and the counter move to put in my toolbox.

Most of the guys are huge, so I won't be playing center like I have been all my life. Do you have any drills that with quickly boost my ball handling skills? I'll be playing the 2 very soon. I'm willing to put the work in!
+Abm LoudPack I am definitely going to come out with a dribbling workout to get your handles crazy, but in the meantime the best thing to do is to try and keep a basketball in you hand and dribble all the time as much as possible every where you go. This will naturally make you a better dribbler.

+Douglas Ernst It can be done high or low. But as a coach I would almost always say keep the ball low. Great question though
