GBO2: Xi Gundam, Mass Driver Facility

Xi Gundam! The 1st MS to kick off the 6th Anniversary of GBO2! And is the first 5* MS ever to be launched in the game! ...YES YES YES I KNOW I'M LATE TO THE PARTY!
Xi is a 700 5* General MS. It has a pretty basic kit of a Beam Rifle that instant stuns, A shield cannon that also instant stuns. It has Missiles that fire 2 in a salvo of 3, you got 12 rounds total with amazing build stun, you can fire this twice before reload. You also get funnel missiles that lock onto a target, fire from behind you and out towards whoever you targeted. They have AMAZING tracking and is very fast, so unless they hit a wall or a shield, they will hit the person you targeted. They also have great build stun and can break HWS's Shield pretty well. You also get a beam saber that has good reach and is melee prio 3. And you also get great Vulcans to finish off.
What makes this MS a 5* is its new skill called M-Flight Unit. Unlike other flying MS that burn thrust as they are in the air, Xi enters this mode and doesn't burn thrust, and can have normal flight when not boosting. This is insane cause this lets you infinity hover over whatever... forever, or until you get bored. If you boost then you enter Flight Mode, In this mode you gain stun resist, speed, and a sweeping downswing instead of the jabbing down swing. You can still fire all your weapons built the shield cannon in this mode as well, so you can be very aggressive in this mode. Bear in mind that this mode does burn thrust, not a whole lot so you can use it for a while, but do keep that in mind. You also have MA so you can boost and not get stunned out of boosting in normal hover mode on the ground. YOU ALSO ONLY GET THE MELEE IN FLIGHT MODE! NOT GROUND HOVER!
Overall Xi Gundam is a very broken Suit. In the right hands it will be VERY HARD to catch. Like BC or Atlas, but it has even more relaxed thrust use. Fighting really good Xi Players in any other suit is pretty much next to impossible. Only HWS can keep it at bay constantly. Hi-Nu has great build stun to knock it out of the air as well with vuclans and funnels. Right now people are struggling to fight in it cause, lets face it, most this playerbase doesn't play space/flying MS lmao. So they aren't used to playing on a Z axis as well on ground. Xi is the MS that arguably lets people learn HOW to play flying suits with out the need to go into space. Since you don't burn thrust in normal flight, you can get used to its flight mode pretty easily. Seriously I was able to get these numbers and I stopped playing space a while ago. This MS is perfect for those to learn how to play flying MS. Overall its a Medium skill ceiling MS, if you have some flight skill you will do okay, and got the ground work to get better in this MS. for those who JUST starting? Ya'll got a hill to climb.
These two fights are rough, I made so many mistakes. I barely play space anymore (im A in space.) and i never really constantly played any of the flying MS. I am willing to learn Xi though, so i can break big numbers with this MS constantly. Till then take care!

Xi needs nerfed, but won’t get nerfed because this player base sucks with flight suits. I think it has the highest damage output of any of the 700s so far. Norn is probably 2nd best 700 gen now behind Xi

I honestly don't see the need for a nerf. start thinking that its potential is to be in the air but where you know how to stun him you always knock him down On the ground he is strong but clearly misses his maximum potential.

@@akiouruguay4933 it definitely needs taken down a notch. It’s super tanky 28k base HP and very good resistances. All its weapons do a shit ton of damage and build. The only thing holding most players back is the flight mode. It’s literally auto pilot suit. For the most part, I’ve seen high end JP players get a minimum of 200k damage in it. Suit is definitely busted

It gets these skills and top hp is because it's a 5 star, if they nerf it, then it won't be a 5 star anymore

@@arthur_pd rarity doesn’t make a difference. Its funnel missiles have super quick reload and insane tracking. Also the fact that it can basically fire all of its weapons while boosting is insane. This is worse then when Unicorn was released
