Watching them I could feel the genuine joy they were having listening to the music, expressing their feelings through their moves and communicating with each other. Those kind of dancers destroyed the whole salsa fan and style. They dance great but..something is off ..like they fight?? Like they try to stay on the beat..like they follow pattern and they dont really dance... on2 ..on1 doesnt matter.. something is off . See on2 dancers of 80s or 90s and see on1 or cuban till now. To follow the beat and hit the beat on right moves is a must for pros. I see that style 10 years now everywhere
.legs are like magnets to ground..hands fighting with very straight lines and not smooth and on2 becomes on2.2..2.5...2.8...1.7.... if u play music u cant do that so dancers should be always on measures on the beat if the song. Anyway. Those dancers , those kind of brought a style that made parties a show for camera and a fighting game between the dancers.
you destroy language. i remember when people no speak like caveman. you speak but its not your first language. something not right. maybe you should worry about yourself instead of other. maybe learn speak better then talk.
Its because they really want to be something they are not (especially the guy), it seems like faking it till you make it, it is dancing to impress instead of feeling and joy
