@@AdityaSingh-gj4tz Yes, almost completely now. It was a slow process, and the exercise where the arm is lifted to the side was not as good for me as the shoulder shrug (which is very relieving, especially if after, you push the shoulders downwards as well). Also, on days when the pain was worse, I would just do the exercises once or not at all. Good luck with it - I know it’s a miserable feeling, and I’m sending you best wishes to get well soon.
@@НеуравновешенЯАО Completely recovered, no relapse. To keep some space in the joint, I hang by my arms from a bar for 30 seconds, 2-3 times a week. Seems to work well for me.
Please check with your local orthopedist, and take a second or better third opinion by other doctors/experts, what they recommend for best therapy. I wish you God's blessings for healing!
What if you can't do these excercises because your arm won't move those ways. My arm can't move like that. It won't move all the way up or behind my back. And I have weakness in it. I've been in pt for a month now. They haven't been able to give me a definite diagnosis yet, but have mentioned oh it could be impingement or a tear or bursitis. But main cause is frozen shoulder. I've had this now for 3 months.
I got a feeling these doctors don't know what they're doing. They only know sports, football injuries & capsulitis. Are your injuries from overuse like mine? Overuse injuries like bricklayers get, the tendons are frayed. There's no physical therapy that can help it will only make it worse. Only rest can help. I don't see any surgery that can help, they can't stitch frayed tendons. I was hoping they can think out of the box and start to glue the tendons to the bone with a UV light glue.
Perfect 👍🏽 thanks saved me going too Physiotherapy
