I am from titilagarh,odisha. And Somesh upadhyay sir is presently the sub collector of titilagarh also in charge of Executive officer in the titilagarh municipality..From the date of joining he has become a hero for the local people. M a regular viewer of study iq ....
I am from Titilagarh municipality where Somesh ji is currently in sub-collector post. He is new here and posted during COVID time. He is a very sincere officer, also he genuinely wants the titilagarh public to strictly maintain covid guidelines. But sad to mention that half of the public and politicians here are corrupted, they have not seen strict and legal guidelines in their lives.

I am looking Upadhyay sir's tremendous work closely since he posted to our home town. I honestly told that with in just a week he changed tig not completely but in a greater extent. We want Upadhyay sir will do something for our students community in titilagarh. Primarily for the ongoing graduate. As here the human resources r not so developed and we need proper guidance.

This is not good platform to say this,but despite of facing alot of problem due to reservation system,still only general condidate help poor after getting placed.we need to change our mentality and every people should come forward and help poor..hard but true
