- Welcome to ANA's business class "The Room". In this video I will be flying from Chicago (ORD) to Tokyo (NRT) in ANA's newest business class seat. I will be bringing you along this journey and will provide a comprehensive of ANA's "The Room".
Is this really the world's best business class seat? ANA's business class seat has a lot of hype behind it so tune in to watch if it lives up to my expectations. I will also be sharing a video about how I booked this $8,000 seat for just $200 and some credit card points. Hopefully this experience gives you an idea of what to look forward to the next time you redeem your credit card points for a trip to or from Tokyo!

Their business class product is top notch! The Polaris in ORD is one of the best, I didn't do the shower and lounge but I did eat a a lot. Great vid Chase💥

Loved your narration! This was me a few months ago had to cdg on Airfrance new business which also had a ‘wall’ but it’s not as big. Being a noob is the best, you can have the most fun. Can’t wait to try this one next time!

I always find it strange to have a shower at the airport if it’s NOT a long layover…. If youre just taking a non stop flight to a destination, wouldn’t you have showered at your hotel? Or at home? I had a friend, that whenever the lounge had a shower, they were like ‘Got to take a shower because it’s bougie!’ And im like… we just left the hotel???!! Did you not just shower? 😂
lmao 😂 well if it's less than a 1 hour layover then taking a shower seems like it'll be rushed. But i love my showers so if I have time, I'll take one. Even if its nonstop 😅

Yes, having to take a shower before and after a long-haul flights is very nice. For safety I always wear my flip flops beach house shoes on my feet in the showers when I am traveling. I just don't know how often the showers are cleaned.😊

I'll be using ANA business class round trip from JFK to BALI.
There's a layover in Haneda and in Jakarta. I plan to take advantage of the showers and their food.
After I leave Bali, I have a KLM Business class flight to Singapore and then after I spend a week there I'll return to America on ANA.

The last time I was on a Japanese air carrier was JAL in 2003.
Haven't been to Japan since. Almost wish I could stop in.

Two weeks ago we flew on NH 11, too, from ORD to NRT. We should have gone to this UA Lounge instead of the one we went to near B6! That was a huge disappoint. This lounge looks so much more upscale and a food-to-order dining experience is more what we expected! Where is this lounge located? Next time we'll surely hit this lounge when we fly ANA again.
ahhh noooo! you guys gotta try it again and hit up this lounge 😅. it is located at Concourse C, Gate C18.
Just reviewed ANA the room from my flight two weeks ago. It was good, but now that so many people fly ANA, I feel the services and amenities are wearing a bit thin to accommodate everyone. Otherwise a nice new private room, however, I believe the seating on the older version may be more comfortable.
I can't speak to that because I have not experienced ANA business class before last year. Maybe ignorance is bliss because this experience was not too bad

ANA seems much better, no doubt about it. I'll have to give it a shot next time. My JAL business class flight to Tokyo was way too tight for comfort. It was 2 3 2 for me
What plane was it? The new A350s look great but the old 777 seats not so much

I did this product HAN - LHR - HAN last year and was underwhelmed. F&B, service, IFE, and seat comfort were average at best. The sliding door is good but I can get that plus tick the other boxes on airlines like QR. Also, the ANA Haneda lounge is a circus.

Polaris daybeds are terrible, uncomfortable. Showers are awesome and the restaurant is nice.
couldnt try out the restaurant but man those showers were something else

However, there's something within the 14 days period.
Really hope the seats show up later in June/July because I am planning to go Tokyo next year summer time
