Life is gonna happen and things will not always go as planned, but you can always make the best of your situation. Having a kid is not the end of your life if you choose to be present and enjoy what parenthood brings and you can still pursue your own things on some level.

Teaching children how to emotionally regulate is important for many reasons. They have to be able to identify their emotions & make good decisions beyond emotions. Unfortunately black ppls emotions are misinterpreted as dangerous.
