In the description you ALSO missed that one of his DM's ignore guards when the CPU is the one who performs the DM (just like in World Heroes Perfect... however I'm not sure if Goodman's barrier special move can block it if miss-timed the offensive part of the move), while the playable version can be blocked (unlike in World Heroes Perfect were that worked the same way as the CPU).
Shin Neo Dio's creeping defeat move has an attribute - if you hold down the SP button, The puddle KEEPS going depending on the distance and It IGNORES guards so you have to jump over it. (I didn't know he CAN DO THAT!)
