Scott didn't really like using his full power. He was very restrained most of the time for fear of himself. He had his moments though that really showed you what he could do. But honestly, I think they should have used it way more in the show. They made him feel really underpowered at times.
I loved it when he put the twins in their place SO hard, they were either gonna listen to him or he'd tear out their throats, there was no room for argument there.

He almost did but he showed restraint and snapped out of it, that’s why I like him as a character. He’s shown real anger like when he mom was attacked or when stiles and Allison were in danger, but he never killed

Ya know, I just realized the solution to something that always bothered me. A hole that I thought there was in one of these that I now see wasn't one. So the ware jaguars were supposed to be completely fearless, so I thought it was a hole that this one ran. I just realized, fearless and *stupid* are very different things. Fearless or not, it probably knows better then to attack an alpha werewolf by itself. His roar marks him as an alpha, before he roared all the thing knew was there were two intruders. After, it knew what it faced and made a tactical retreat.
