I used to worry all the time……and filled with anxiety. I would pray and wait for God to take the worry away. One day I realized that God was waiting for me…..to GIVE ALL THE THINGS I WORRY ABOUT TO HIM! He showed me in His word that he wanted me to TOTALLY trust Him with my life and loved ones. Now when anxiety creeps in……..I raise my hand to the Lord and tell Him “I will trust in You.” ❤

I don’t bother God with my mortal problems. He knows me and what I need and don’t need. I do at times pray for others and once and a great while for me. I have felt the lords hand and was once “told” to pray and instantly received his blessing. I was so humbled I could hardly think, act or move. I now know I will fall at his feet for I am not worthy of being in his presence.
I also had a fib. Was cardiovrted 6 digferent times. Me Dr advised me to have an ablasion procedure. I did and have been on med to prevent any more episodes, It has been over a year with no a fib. If you have the opportunity check it out. It certainly helped me. I am now on a blood thinner also. A fib can be caused by sleep apnea. You may want to get a sleep test to see if you need to use a c pap mechine while you sleep. I now feel so much better. Best wishes to you.
My husband is one of those people who lives in yesterday's sorrows. He still "sorrows" over events in his life that happened 35+ years ago. It's tragic enough on it's own, but especially knowing that there's nothing I can do to help him.

DJ's sermon on 'hurry' changed my life 20 odd years ago. I heard him preach on 'worry' on Atlanta radio about the same time. 'Don't hurry' came pretty easy to me as a Southerner, but 'don't worry' took years and ongoing disability to make me see how disrespectful I was being to God (respecting elders is still pretty big in the South and I didn't realize I was being rude to THE Elder). Plus, Jesus has been on-time in every past worrisome event I can think of. BTW, I call Bro. Jeremiah The Protestant Pope of California. Thank God for Jesus and may the Good Lord watch over us all!

The solution for worry is simple, but profound: A thankful heart praising God. Once cannot be thankful and praising God and worry at the same time. We all always have so much for which to be thankful. We can see, hear, talk, walk, think and so many other things we take for granted every day. Try it. Try thanking God and praising God in advance for all the blessing He will and is providing.

MY family has been no help to me, I am my 98 yr old moms caregiver, she has lived with me for 9 years and my husband just ran off too. I am disabled and just got 2 bad mri reports bulging disc in lower back and labral tear in left hip and torn hamstring in gluteas maximus. I took care of my husband and nursed his back to health after his Cardiac surgery in Feb but then he ran off without a word to me July 3 😪 when now I need him to take care of me I am so overwhelmed. God brought me to your message.
