glad to see you did something with the chopper frame....I went a slightly different route, with the same frame...forget the spray can coatings, they rarely turn out the way expected, maybe go with a powder coating....or anodizing....whatever you do,keep us in the loop......
pretty fun stuff. just finishing up my first build. of course i went much much smaller...and way less power haha. dont have any nice videos yet, still doing the finish touches on stuff before i paint and polish it. your welcome to check out the 2 vids i do have. On that aluminum crack, id be very careful with steering components, thats pretty thick aluminum and even if you did have a welder id be weary about repairing it if the goal is to go 40 plus without grooving it out to make a 100 percent weld. plus it could be pot metal, id just replace it. looks like you've made quite a few things. its fun as hell that's for sure.
hey go to home depot or lowes and get aluminum solder to fix it ! as long as you have a propane torch or put a bottle of map gas also sold at the same store and watch a couple of videod on it and you will be amazed as well as amaze others ! good luck !
I bet you could get that road licensed, the only issues they might have with it would probably be the exhaust or emissions (engine wasn't intended for road use so would probably need a bit of tweaking).
Tts called a 20 footer, it looks good 20 feet away but the closer you get the worse it gets lol, but it is still really cool. Oh and i think you should just sell it the way it is
thinned down rustoleum oil based paint applied with a roller is usually bulletproof once it sets hard. the high heat engine enamel can sometimes take a lot longer to set and needs a 100% clean surface to adhere to. great vids, man.
looks good. is the resl honda worth the extra money over a clone. i have a predator on my manco minibike but im torn on weather to go real honda gx160 or gx200. or should i try an electric start 7hp lifan from home depot online for 199$ shipped

when painting you should sand down your primer so you let your paint have something to hold on to, also, clear coat will help protect it
Nice!
It only have a front brake? It's enough?
I'm making a minibike and I wonder if will be enough just one brake.
Greetings from Spain!
Not sure if anyone covered this or not but torque converters work wonders for opening up power with these style engines.

Awesome !!!!!!!! Your videos are so cool and u are so smart at all that
runs good... BBQ paint for real hot areas
nice job...i relly like how u mounted the gas tank
Make a custom tank for the top of the frame and put a smaller bicycle style seat on it and you will have a nice mini bobber cycle.
You should let the paint cure first. Then maybe some clear coat. That will help with pain chipping off.
I didn't recognize it at first looks awesome!

nice you should do more chooper builds
Yeah just leave the exhaust unpainted, looks great!!
Just because of this I'm subscribing
Very cool!
They make 1,200 degree high temp header paint those pipes get so hot they sometimes glow red. Depending on how rich your running the carburetor!
Dude that is beautiful
I bet your neighbors love you lol
Nice job
Well done you are awesome !!! made me suscribe!!! :)

oh P.S. do you still have your riding mower and if you do are u going to do something with it?
Good work still room for improvement

Awesome
It's awesome
nice
Holy shit that's amazing
awesome
Sounds like the go karts at the concord mills speedpark. Really cule builds build more things.
I live in nc too, do you ride
Yeah
You did make sure you were painting on a clean frame right? Any film or oil will stop the paint from sticking..
And if u don't prime it that will do it too
if you lightly scuff the frame then paint it it should stick better
Apply a sealer on top of paint and that's it
awsome
The cops would have you here in Scotland that would get crushed. really nice thow I have a couple of home made karts
hey where do you get your wheels for your 2 wheel machines?
did you sand the bike before you painted
Niccceee 😎👍
damn that thing scoots
You need exhaust header paint.
Airfilter is dirty i guess. You will choke the engine with a dirty filter cause less air can go through
Use multiple coats of paint
Is there any chance i could get a link to this frame? Unless you made it yourself
Do you still have this??? And if so how much do you want to sell it for
Where did you get the exhaust?
what is the purpose of the 2nd shaft? do you need it or is it just to prefer it?
+Sean Hammond
1: To get the chain drive to the other end of the wheel
2: To change the gearing
what are the forks off of
not supposed to lay high heat paint on thick thats why that happened
what engine is that from
You shuold try putting a headlight than it would look even better
The real question is: can it do burnouts?
u should go to auto parts for paint
im working on making a homemade mini chopper
How much are you going to sell this one for?
How much? i like to by it my ofer $85.00 starts there
That yolk is done for my friend
And why dont you buy cheaper enamel spray paint, fill up a bucket of water and spray over the surface of the water and dunk the parts into said water
add a speedometer just in case
How much $$$
How much horse power is it?
have you tried reading the title of the video
krylon paint i bet ;)
I want that
How much do you want for it ??? I'm serious
pretty sure he either already sold it or scavenged parts from it knowing him :p this vidoe is 2 years old
Primer!!!
It's not that , he should've sanded it, I put a rustolem 2x primer and then put the color and it's still scratches cause I didn't sand
I wanted it
that s doop man wawo
And I think I speak for all the financially challenged when I say I'm jealous and I'll have to save up for three years to get that
can I have one
it looks like your bars and the whole fork tree whatever you want to call isnt straight or even
slammed
haw moche you cant listed
Or give this away at 15 or 20 k
you didnt prime the metal first,oh well, check my channel out,5.5hp bicycle
nice
