When I speak of the "rest of Latin America" I am not referring to neighbouring 3rd world countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras or Nicaragua) that are even worse than Mexico! I am talking about economic powerhouses on the southern cone as Chile, Argentina and Brazil were the economies are not only much more developed than in Central America but...
WTF!!! I used to live in Mexico City, and in my opinion it is one of the ugliest in the world. The city is covered in grey, is polluted and has almost no green spaces apart from a few parks. An absolute horror to live in..

Actually Mexico City is the second largest city in the world with over 20 Million people.
