I hope you can get him, he's fun to play. If you roll enough and get enough points (200) you can trade those points in for a character but make sure to use them before that banner expires, or else you will lose those points

Someone else asked me this question in my most recent video: I got the $30 release celebration pack, and I got some from PS plus I think too, around 200 and then I also got more from the login bonuses, event store and there's more in the regular store as well
