Mark Hermes, candidate for Kansas House of Representatives, District 19

On October 17th, 2024, a Meet and Greet was held at Village Presbyterian Church. The League of Women Voters of Johnson County, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Upsilon Rho Omega Chapter, Mainstream Civic Engagement, and the NAACP of Johnson County sponsored the event. The races included were Johnson County Commissioner, District 3, Kansas House of Representatives, Districts 19, 20, 24, 25, 28, and 48, and Kansas Senate, Districts 7, 8, and 11 were invited.
All candidates were invited to the Meet and Greet and offered an opportunity to record a message. Some candidates have already attended a Meet and Greet and elected to use their video from the earlier event.
