Regina wasn't allowed to see Henry those times because she was trying to kill their family as always and wanted to keep Henry to herself. Her parents are the King and Queen, and they gave that right back to her. The laws of the outside world just don't apply in Storybrooke. The townsfolk don't care about the laws of the Land Without Magic, they take their orders from Snow and Charming. Regina can't exactly go to the outside authorities, it would be suicidal, and the adoption itself was illegal in the first place. So in practice, at least from the time the Curse broke to when she became the Dark One, Emma _can_ tell Regina whether she can see Henry or not, no matter what the outside world would say.

We seen it. And what you saw in s7 would not continue on because of its failure and sunk ratings. And failures don't continue on, but get retconned in the future. That's the way it is.
Instead of that outfit that Emma has on, I wish they just had her on a leather jacket (like her red one) a white shirt and black skinny jeans. The one she has on makes her look weird.

I know probably a lot of people won’t agree with me, but l don’t really like Regina. She always does what she wants and she can be unpleasant and annoying for me. She did so many horrible things, and now she is accusing Emma, without even knowing the whole story and treat her badly, without even let her see her son, the son that she gave birth. She left her alone, the moment Emma needed them the most. I mean, isn’t Emma allowed to make mistakes and bad decisions. And don’t forget she was the dark one, she had no control of her actions, and there was only a very small part of her that remained good. Of course, it is my opinion.

I know probably a lot of people won’t agree with me, but l don’t really like Regina. She always does what she wants and she can be unpleasant and annoying for me. She did so many horrible things, and now she is accusing Emma, without even knowing the whole story and treat her badly, without even let her see her son, the son that she gave birth. She left her alone, the moment Emma needed them the most. I mean, isn’t Emma allowed to make mistakes and bad decisions. And don’t forget she was the dark one, she had no control of her actions, and there was only a very small part of her that remained good. Of course, it is my opinion.
