God ... The way Killian says: "It's okay ..." And when he tries to comfort her when she stabbed him ... Even when he's dying, he doesn't want to see Emma in pain or make her feel bad. When. He's. God. Damn. Dying. I really can't see this scene without crying ...

Am I the only one who saw this scene and thought of when Buffy had to stab Angel to save the world? Cuz damn! These two scenes are so similar.

As much as I love this scene and actually dislike Buffy the show, that Angel scene was still 5 times worse. He became angel again right as Buffy was about to stab him, he had no memory of what was happening and Buffy hugged him with the weapon hidden. He thinks he's being welcomed back and suddenly a sword is plunged into him. He's got no idea that she had to do it to close the gate. All she can do is see the look of betrayal on his face cause she would rather him feel like she betrayed him instead of him knowing what he did to force her to kill him.
Did anyone else feel like they got stabbed the same time he did?

I knew people who saw the twist that Rumple used a potion to take back the Dark One powers when Emma stabbed Killian with the sword, and the revelation that they were going to spend the rest of the season working to bring Killian back, and said “We’re going to the underworld now? That’s it. I’m out. I’m not watching this anymore.” They basically undid half a season of character development for Rumple. I feel like the back half of Season 5 did a lot to hasten the end of the show. They basically killed Killian and then immediately made it clear that they were gonna go all “The Search For Spock,” for Killian, in the second half of the season. It really cheapened this scene and it clear that they were going to do stuff for shock value but then immediately work on ways to undo it.
Yeah, you can’t really kill a main actor halfway through a season when you know they’re gonna be there the rest of the season, so they went to the Underworld and brought him back. The Rumple stuff actually fits his character considering he’s someone who would do anything for power, even if he did become a “hero” earlier, it was just a phase, but he would absolutely jump at the chance to get his power back even if it means betraying everyone AGAIN and nearly loosing Belle AGAIN

they could have let Merlin appear here. Nimue is previous Dark one of the dagger. Merlin is also the dark one of the broken Excalibur
When emma used excalibur to save hook (thus turning him into a dark one),she releases merlin from the tethering to excalibur.

Ok, not sure if this comment has been posted, but when Nimue was choking Emma, why didn't Snow and/or David step in to help? They are her parents. I don't care if my child was in the same situation, family comes first and I would do the complete opposite of what they did.

Myriam G It is. Both of them are. Her name is visible in the episode "Birth," which is also the episode where Zelena reveals that Hook's name is on there too, just hidden by a cloaking spell.
You should catch up on season 5A... Killian is a dark one.

Maybe I’m the only one who thinks this but shouldn’t the light be coming from both of them? Since the darkness was “destroyed”?
Cause the darkness were not destroyed. Rumple before he gave the sword to Emma, put a potion on it to transfer the darkness instead of destroying them. So when Emma has killed Killian, the darkness had just transferred to the dagger, so Rumple now has the power of all the Dark Ones who had ever existed, including Emma and Hook
@@justinm.1508 I mean I suppose so but like light only came from Emma and like I feel like it should’ve came from both of them. Cause like Rumple wasnt only taking the darkness from Emma it was from hook too

what ever mess that happened in this scenario and after this episode is pretty much Emma and Hook's fault(more Emma) and neither of them have no right to blame it on someone else!
Emma for the whole turning Hook into the dark one, lying to everyone, behaving so unfair from any kind of POV, and pretty much causing all of this.
Hook for loosing his shit because of what Emma has done to him and threw his anger not just on Emma, but everyone in Storybrooke, Charming family, Regina, Rumple and...by threating their lives, like they are the ones who turned him and are the reason for his misery! and bringing all of the dark ones here, just to change his mind and see the error of his ways when it's already too late and no way other than killing himself.
All I wanted was to get rid of Hook. They should've kept him dead, instead of going to Hell after him.
I remembered how everyone was crying watching this scene and all I did was laugh! ahah The acting was so off and no matter what I'll never understand the nonsense that is a woman as strong and powerful as Emma Swan falling for a worthless pirate with one hand and a drinking problem
