Atom Willard's work during his time with AVA was just consistently amazing and mesmerizing. His drumming makes good songs epic. I remember watching you play the intro to Star of Bethlehem at the Koolhaus in Toronto years ago. Dave was playing a big drum with you on stage. It was epic and moving. Many unforgettable feelings thanks to your music and drumming. It is irreplaceable. Thank you.

I was working on a music video shoot from hell, deep in the jungles of Mexico , alone and out of the country for the first time working on my dream job and this album literally got me thru the entire ordeal. This song was my rock. Everytime I hear it, it takes me back to a magical time of my life.

I never notice drummer styles, apart from maybe Joey Jordison but that's obvious really isn't it? But this dude always stands out to me, and is also a nightmare to try replicate if I'm attempting to do a full band cover. There's something about the kick and where he fits stuff in just makes him so unique. Spectaular drummer
