Atleast 50yr old house. At that time would have been absolutly amazing. Minor improvements have been made since then to bring it upto date but still lots more required. Overall i see massive potential. But the cost of restoration would make it the same as buying a new 2 kanal house. Most people would rather buy a new 1 kanal luxury house than this, because someone who can afford 13 crore is not used to living in such dumps.

لیکن قیمت کے لحاظ سے بہت مناسب ھے
I would rather buy a new 1 kanal house in that price.
Actually its good people still like spacious houses then modren it only needs to renovate .
