Looks like you need to increase your service amperage in the garage...

Man I am wore out just from watching this! Great perseverance. So many camera angles. Did you have help? The Kreg saw jig looked cool once you got it dialed in. As for shortage of clamps - If you have a compressor, and a nail gun - Glue, clamp, nail, remove clamps and on to the next one. Really enjoyed this, looking forward to the next episode.

Thanks, Bill! Funny, I do have have a finishing nailer and compressor-never crossed my mind to tack it together. Still want more clamps though😂
I filmed it myself… just moved the camera 1000 times. Took 3.5 hours of footage and whittled it down to 35 mins!

@@poorfrank Another option : Clamp all the leg assemblies together -- leg-glue-leg-leg-glue-leg-leg-glue-leg-leg-glue-leg. Some of your clamps seem to be long enough to be able to clamp at least 3 if not all 4 leg assemblies at the same time.
A suggestion : When using spacer blocks to create the pockets for the legs, add a strip of thin cardboard (like from a kleenex box). This will make the pocket a smidgen wider so the fit won't be quite so tight.

@@timothyjohnston4083 Great ideas! The glue was setting up way too fast for that to work for me-but I love the idea of putting in a thin shim during the glue-up! Thanks for watching!
