    ingredients:
    (200g) lukewarm water
    (3g) salt
    (3g) any dry yeast
    (250g) strong bread flour
    bake for 25-30 minutes at 375F/190C

      Thank you, I used strong bread flour (13% protein), you can also use all-purpose flour.

    Hvorfor tilsætter du saltet sammen gæren? Og bruger du ikke sukker. Vand, sukker, mel og ælte og så tilsætter du saltet

    What frustrates me most is when the ingredients are all in metric and no conversion available. That’s when I STOP following

      @amyolarte Oh, poor thing. Rocket science, I say, them metrics vs imperials! You spent more time typing this rude comment than it would take you to open another tab and see conversions for yourself. And a little tip: metrics are indeed more precise than cups and spoons.

      Most of the world uses metrics, so get yourself digital weighing scales that do both. It couldn't be easier..
