App quality and support is 10x more important then hardware when it comes to modern (non fpv) drones. This is why DJI is the best. You can buy a drone and it will still work years later. The likelihood of this drones app working 5 years from now, let alone being in business, is slim to none.
20 MINUTES LATER We Can see the frustration in nates face this doesn't happen very often.. These guys do there very best to show us family friendly content with awesome RC products 👪👍🎉

If this is like $250 and not great then i'd say spend a little more...$280 and get a DJI Mini SE 2. Oh btw, i was also posting a comment on a video about a plane and somehow it showed up here so i deleted it. 😂

I think the problem may be the cheap, thin cable they send you to connect your phone to the controller. I actually had the same problem years ago (with my DJI drone cable), and as soon as i attached a new cable, the problem was gone.
At least you got to see wonderful trees.

Did you try restarting your phone after installing the app? You're probably getting a lot of these type of questions, maybe do a follow up video of all the troubleshooting you did to keep these questions at bay

Could be just a faulty drone, but then again. It should be working as it was meant to be. They've should have checked they're product's before shipping them to get reviewed.
I think they dropped the ball for not double checking the product. I'm not discouraged because faulty products do exist in the real world.
I personally wouldn't buy it either way, but I always like to give them the benefit of a doubt.

I've watched many of your drone videos so I know you can fly a drone!! I also have much experience with many drones. You know you have to figure out why it's not working. That is what drives me to perfection. Based on the video I would suggest the OTG cable from the phone to the controller has a weak connection. Try pushing the connections tighter. Or try a different cable. That's where I would start to troubleshoot the problem. I'm sure your busy and don't have time. For $25 you can ups it to me , I have plenty of time for such problems. You need to charge the remote first cfly have a problem with a battery of reomote control you need to charge it to 4 point of battery then it will connect again (if it not then it broke lol)

I have the Cfly Faith Pro 2. I went to a savannah to fly. The drone would not take off. Went home and researched. The drone has to be registered and activated. It flies perfectly now.
Ah yes I forgot about that! You must create an account to use the app. Pretty silly if you ask me. So what you're saying is that the drone won't fly at all just using the controller without activation?

I’m searching for my 1st drone but can’t afford a DJI heard holy stone drones can just fly off with no ability to stop it .
Years and years ago, one of our first Holy Stone drones flew off and a couple banggood drones, but we haven’t had that happen in a very long time. Not saying it couldn’t happen! I’ve flown some really great budget drones! Lemme see if I can find a somewhat more recent one for you! 👍💯⚓️

Are you sure you did things the correct way, like how it's written down in the manual? I know you did have many quadcopters on the channel over the years, but you can still miss something. Like my original Hubsan Zino: you really needed to start up and connect things in very specific way (I made a special note about it on the remote!) for it to work properly. Just a though ;-)

I bought a Holystone based on a favorable review. The gimbal failed after a few flights. I returned to Amazon and received a full refund. Holystone offered to send me a replacement if I took my negative review down!
