This animation is about Christian van Hendriks and his backstory. He is a bard/rogue shifter and our DMPC. He is being watched over by Rhen, the god of secrets. And his story tends to be... dark.

Whats the story?

It's quite a complicated story :D But thanks for asking!
Christian is a shifter who was left by his mother in front of the doors of his father, a duke... He grew up among the nobility and became a spy for his kingdom. When he was undercover, he met Miah (the girl with violet and blue eye), a changeling and they spent some time together. Then he was exposed and taken to prison while Miah escaped, he never saw her again.
He was put to a trial, only to be taken back to his home country, to a duchy which rivaled his father's. There, he met Sonya (the deep-blue eyed girl), a princess, who fell in love with him (or so he thought). She manipulated him into a marriage, he thought it would be his only chance to get back home, and he received a proposal ring, which made him lose his mind and drown in his memories, whenever he was alone with Sonya.
Because he is one of the Venetores, alongside the other PCs in our campaign, a god of secrets, Rhen, offered him guidance and pitied him in his sorrows.
So in this animatic, there are lots of his memories, to which he comes back to, whenever he's with Sonya. And he also hopes that his friend would sometime come set him free... But the marriage is getting dangerously closer...
