How to get there?
1. Take the regional train from Munich to Garmisch Patternkirchen , right outside the train station you'll find a bus to Eibsee. (Buy the Deutche Karte for 49 euro and you get to ride all regional trains and buses in Germany with it !) or ask at the information in Garmisch.
2. Ride up the mountain with the zugspitzebahn (If you wanna see my video about the trip , click here:
• COGWHEEL TRAIN TO (al... ) and get off at Eibsee station on the way down. (a whapping 74 euro per person!!)
