Traffic Hunt Success! ICE and GRASS Field | Missouri Goose Hunting (limited out)

Last hunt of the 2023-2024 season on an iced over pond with two a-frames. We did not run an ice eater but the top layer of ice was melting enough to have a few inches of standing water on top of it. We took advantage of the situation and added sleeper shells and floaters on the ice/water and silos in the grass pasture near the pond’s bank. Surprisingly, the geese wanted the silos in the grass. We made the adjustment with the a-frames and completed our Missouri goose limit.
