You haven't sealed the bare edge . I'm guessing your not useing water-based because you can just put the against the wall go through and spray them then go back and spin then spray again... was that a 310 fine finish tip .
@JONO3679 We just sand the bare edge really well. It gets 4 coats, 2 for every coat. I have leaned them on the wall before, but I find that with this method, I can move them wherever I want without having to take up a bunch of space or having them stick together because I lean them on each other. One of the many advantages is that I can spray one in a corner and move it immediately, then place another door in its place and repeat. The tip I'm using is a 412 as 310 has a tendency to clog because it actually isn't rated for the thickness of the paint. There is nothing worse than getting a huge finger mark because of a clog right in the middle of the door. There's a million ways to skin a cat, but I find this way extremely efficient.
@@JONO3679 I've tried that, but ultimately think its a function of the amount of trash in the product. Its hit and miss with that stuff!!! Great advice though, for sure!!!
Thanks for this.

@@JONO3679 I have honestly tried that. I think its a function of the quality of the paint sometimes. It seems like its hit and miss with the trash!
