  • In this series I'm building a brand new single cut guitar model.
In this episode I start by getting the correct headstock break angle and show you a little trick to draw the break angle onto the side of a curved headstock.
With the break angle done it is time to start working on the fret board.
Again I show you a trick on how to easily get your fretboard to the required thickness by using a spindle sander.
Once the fretboard is sanded too thickness and the fret slots are cut I glue the fretboard to the neck and trim off the access with the bandsaw and router table.
