Most people think that arbitraion is UNFAIR to the consumers, since the final decisions come from an arbitrator who is always in favor to the companies, and its outcome is based on the BIASED subjective opinions of the arbitrator. Plus people cannot appeal if they don't agree with the outcomes. Any business dispute must be resolved in a court case with a judge using a set of laws to rule the case, and not based on the biased opinions of the arbitrator. Plus you can have an attorney helping you defending the case and appealing if you are not satisfied. People look at arbitration as a wolf wearing sheep's clothing. People believe that arbitration encourages businesses to cheat and do more harms to the customers, since businesses know that customers cannot sue them if they cheat. Arbitration should be banned and avoid in all cases.
Good to know, thanks 🙏
Great explanation. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching.
No judge in appeal will look at an error that was not objected to and ruling on objection made at the time.
Please reupload this video, for some reason only the left audio channel can be heard.
I heard arbitration you can appeal to superior court. I guess it depends on the state
why arbitration process is too long to resolved?
