Stuffed Chocolate Pancakes
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 6 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 400ml (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ¾ Cup (380g)
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Chocolate chips
-Icing sugar
-Chocolate syrup
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add half quantity of milk & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour & whisk again.
-Now add remaining milk and whisk well until smooth batter is formed.
-Add cooking oil,baking powder & whisk again,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Heat griddle,on low flame,add ¼ cup of prepared batter,add chocolate chips in the middle of the batter then top with batter to cover the chocolate chips.
-When bubbles start appearing around the edges,lift up the edge and make sure the underside is golden then flip and cook until done.
-Repeat with remaining batter (makes 12-14).
-Sprinkle icing sugar,drizzle chocolate syrup,decorate with chocolate chips & serve!

-Doodh ki half quantity dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Maida dal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
-Ab remaining doodh dal ker smooth batter form hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cooking oil aur baking powder dal ker dubara whisk karein aur dhak ker 5 minute kliya rest dein.
-Tawa garam karein,halki ancch per ¼ cup tayyar batter aur chocolate chips dal dein aur upper sa mazed batter dal dein.
-Jab edges per bubbles banna start ho jayein flip ker ka dosri side ko bhi paka lein.
-Is he tarhan baqi pancakes bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 12-14).
-Icing sugar sprinkle karein,chocolate syrup aur chocolate chips sa decorate ker ka serve karein!

I used Choco Bliss' Crave dark chocolate as a substitute and it turned out just right! I hope anyone that doesn't have chocolate chips doesn't hesitate to try this recipe just because of that :)

i followed the same recipe but the results came out as super dry and taste was hosrrible, so i than added extra milk extra one egg soke honey and diluted hazelnut into hot milk and wisk everything, the results than i got were super yummy

I tried it today, and yes, my kids love it, I cooked it on plan pan,not on nonstick, I just want to give you one suggestion, please mention all ingredients in cups, in ml for milk is not easy for everybody.Thanks

I used to make with oats + any fruit of ur choice ( peer, peach, apple, khajoor, dry apricot,) egg, baking poweder , choclate chips, milk and small quantity of flour for texture.
