A variant you might want to try that really surprised me, take the Spirit Grandmaster in Nature Magic, and slot in Storm Spirit and maybe Sun Spirit. Storm spirit is actually insane. It's a very large Aoe damage burst ( easily 10k ) that daze ( proccing your enhanced impact untamed trait for more quickness.. twice ) and increasing your vuln uptime by a lot.
I really love this build. Iv been playing it for like a week now and Iv just taken to it naturally. I feel capable of taking on alot of things. Thank You ^_^
Just a heads up, Invigorating Bond does NOT work when your pets' Beast Ability is on autocast. You have to actively press it. And it seems to only trigger every other cast at best, especially if you have Alacrity.
I tested this today with a jungle stalker on the golem and it did work for me. it cast mighty roar and healed me and gave me the boons after being damaged by the pulsing damage field. keep in mind that not all of the pet's skills are beast skills also, only the pet f2 is. the recent pet rework might also just have fixed it.
Yo! Have you noticed how traits related to beast skills such as invigorating bond bugs out and won't proc when the best skill is set to auto cast as untamed? It usually happens after unleashing back and forth a couple of times. The only way to proc the traits is to manually press the beast skill. Super weird imo :/ Because it never happens if i play core or soulbeast.
imo this build is needlessly tanky, my power untamed build is already perfectly capable of fighting champion and legendary mobs solo in berserker gear just by running restorative strikes. no need to double up on the quickness sigils also as it's already a trait you're running, I've opted for a strength sigil instead for more might generation. spotter is also pretty unnecessary if you're running warhorn because wh 5 gives you pretty much permanent fury, I'd opt for strider's strength instead for the extra power and might on dodge. instead of windborne notes I run evasive purity as it's amazing at dealing with conditions, and synergizes fantastically with vigor which you get from primal reflexes. nature's shield again seems pretty overkill when you're already running resto strikes so i'd recommend blinding outburst for a lot more damage. hunt sigil also seems superficial when warhorn 5 + we heal as one coupled with the extra concentration from nature magic is already giving you like 95% swiftness uptime with 2 button presses per 30 seconds, you can make the case for laziness sure but i'd just go with wild as it will improve your output by a lot. I also use mainhand sword, which is a personal choice for mobility and nice spike damage on 2 and 3. axe allows you to stay at range and tag mobs quickly which is definitely also a benefit, but untamed is already so mobile and survivable that being in melee is not really a problem at least for me. with all these differences and some cheapo concentration food (i use soul pastries, they're a couple copper each) my untamed puts out around 19-20k under its own boons on the golem, while practically being unkillable.
This build is effortlessly tanky while still doing good damage, perfect for solo open world. Thank you!
Woo! Glad I could help!!

Really like the choise o f music :D
Definitely going to try this!
Why not beast mastery instead of skirmishing, for the axe cds, pet damage, and quickness on weapon swap.
Also might generation.
Hey, how come your axe projectile have an animation. Is it from weapon skin? Or from legendary weapon? Thanks for the answer

I haven't noticed this, but will have to keep it in mind! Thank you for the heads up!

Why need ranger, if we have reaper and berserk.
Berserker looks ugly compared to ranger and Reaper is a clichee that's overdone.
