This food processor has proved to be a disastrous experience for me. Below video link is for your reference. ruclips.net/video/Ni2ITq5peVc/видео.html Also subsequently, as per my further experience I have highlighted the same as below. I purchased this food processor in October 2021. In the beginning, it was pretty satisfying as we were using its Atta jar. After 6 months of use, we used its wet/ dry jar very first time when we discovered that it was not functioning at all. The jar was unable to grind even onions. The blades were rotating very well but onions were grinding only at the bottom and the upper part onions were quite intact. This was a shock for us and eventually we used the chutney jar too. The problem was the same with chutney jar as well. This was a ridiculous thing and never expected from a Inalsa's machine. We spoke to Inalsa's telephonic helpline regarding the issue multiple times to make them understand but they never bothered to attend the issue rather than to ask for the videos of the machines for demo. We sent them the same repeatedly and one fine day their engineer visited (approximate after 3 months of repeated complaints). We showed him live demo using onions on spot however he couldn't do anything then and there. We lost hope that Inalsa is going to help in anyway on this. We continued using atta kneading jar though till the problem took place in the same too. It stopped functioning properly after 10 months of purchase and once again we started making complaints on telephonic lines as Inalsa has no email communication for product service end. After making repeated complaints, they were not bothered to depute anybody. Ultimately, an engineer visited our place from Vadodara to Bharuch who checked the machine and took it with him assuring that the product will be returned after repair (product was under warranty). He committed that 400 rs.will be charged for the problem for which I agreed. After repair the third party agency (Prime sales and services) who is in charge for Inalsa's service part sent us a bill of around 1100 rs. and denied to send the machine unless we pay the billed amount. I refused to pay the bill as it was overpriced. This was not only unethical but also a blackmail. Unfortunately, during the engineer's visit we had handed him over a Inalsa's hand blender for fixing a small lock button for which a small amount of 60-70 rs. was to be charged additionally. Now the billed amount includes highly overpricing which includes petrol charges, hand blender charges (approx 180 rs.), and others summing to 1100 rs. Above all, they want to send the machines via courier after I pay the whole amount. It means there is no demo of fixing the machines after repair. Now the both machines are with Inalsa's authorized service center and I'm sitting helpless at my home even after spending so much amount of hard earned money. Don't go with Inalsa at all as they are really practicing in unethical way. A lot of my valuable time and energy both got wasted in more than 100 followups and communication for which I won't advise anyone to go with Inalsa even if it is the only one company to sell these products in India.
