I have always blockage nose last year I got this and i seanze always even Nasonax nasal spray is usless now. I think my allergy increased from dust not sure even when i wash my nose it increases. lately doctor told me to use 30ml injection to my nose with salty water since i dont have money to buy medicines. can this be better cure for my situation as most people say this is the best. but the issue this has filter not sure if can be washable as i do not have enough money to buy the filters always. can I use salt and water instead of medicine as most people say? one of my friend told me to search this: steam inhalation for sinusitis
Would the Philip's Innospire Elegance Nebulizer work to nebulize if you put colloidal silver (Mesosilver brand) into the medicine cap? I am not having luck with previous nebulizers I have tried.

When the nebulizer is distributing the medicine a spray comes from the mouth piece and the back of the.mouth piece. Should it be spraying out the back?

OK, even this video is terribly done. My unit, the Innospire Elegance, does not say or show where to add water. This is why I have no mist. This video only touches on the water aspect in the cleaning piece. I think water needs to go somewhere but not sure where. The book only says you need to see mist! Does not tell us how to get mist. Can anyone help? I feel like a dope.
