    Rest-pause, mechanical drop-set, isometric/concentric contrast, time under tension set. Great combination, genius and no frills!

    Hey Josh, what's up?
    I took a month off from the gym to focus solely on bodyweight training and calisthenics and although it was a great experience and made plenty of gains, I've been aching to get back in the gym, so I went back to my beloved gym this Wednesday, and your videos light a fire under my ass...10 weeks out fom 2019 and I'm going to be the best shape of my life!!!

    Going to use that mechanical advantage pull-up drop set the next deadlift/back day. I find myself avoiding wide-grip as it's my weakest grip, this should get me to practice it more while still getting the volume in. Great info Josh! Also, cool to see myself in the background of your vids!

      I usually put in once but definitely could a couple assuming your form us good
