She legit whistled a whole chorus on that album, served higher and Lower notes than every before, and overall made the most vocally impressive album. I love have Billie is smiling at Olivia when she got nominated for Grammys 2022.
The 'Justice' album by Bieber was so monumental to be released during the pandemic and height of racial injustice. It meant much more to me than a Pop album but spoke to the times we were living in. I wish it was appreciated more.
