Love the design but should have sapphire crystal at this price
It's a reissue... you buy it because you want to have it as faithful to the origin as possible, if it gets scratched you can polish it
This is really not a big deal. I have not had a Seiko Hardlex scratch in any meaningful way. I use my STO turtle as a beater for 3 years now and the Hardlex has held up really well.
