Hi sir .please make a video on inotropes it's dosage and dilution factors..
hello doc...my 5 yr old daughter has food sensitivities or food allergies im not sure....she has been on nukast 4 syrup for this which she has tolerated well we thought....atleast in terms of food. now...we have stopped nukast due to many ppl making us aware of neuropsychiatric ...behavioural cognitive development problems...sleep problems which i can relate to due to her decreased learning abilities. nukast 4 was given for almost 2 years....coz the minute it was stopped she would get a few rashes here n there....swelling f eyelid ...lips face swollen....she would have cold flu symptoms...cough...not eat food...diarrhea...stomach pain....hence nukast was a life saver for us. now...after stopping nukast....we give her allegra but doesnt seem helping much..but manageable. also going thru videos on anaphylaxis...i remember an episode a year back she went all pale....n said she had dizziness...felt nauseated...complained f chest pain...for almost 15 days continous...we took her to doc but they said she is fine...no medicine has been given. after that episode she has been sick physically n mentally.....i feel she still experiences mild anaphylaxis ..but we arent aware n she cant express or matbe thinks its normal ....what treatment is suggested. she has got high fever 2 times in a month...n been on antibiotics too....she is currently on metaspray bcoz f her breathing n wheezing issues...n allegra for for allergies which works tonsome extent. how to go about treating her for past episodes.....she has become very weak thin n tired all the time in this one year...

Thank you Doc for the information am a medic practicing in Kenya and let me appreciate you for voluntarily sharing knowledge to us
Allow me to say that in our day to day practice there's alot of contradiction... especially in management of routine ailments...I would as well stick to your way of management unfortunately there's a narrow difference when you compare the recent updated guidelines from WHO and Kenyan's ministry of health....what does India medical council recommends ?
Kindly assist me with your email address if you don't mind
Regards
