Self inflected risk, blame no one but it’s a blessing that it’s a public holiday and no one is out and about either going to work or elderlies out for morning walk or breakfast! Otherwise innocent lives will be lost, other report mentioned that these guys are charitable people but having a kind heart and thinking logically are totally different issue all together.

So the next time we hear people speeding around our neighbourhoods, we shouldn’t hesitate to call the police. Might just save a life from getting hit by these people who likes to try stunts on the road and endangering lives of others.
Firstly the police has to do pro-active patrolling and not reliant on just public feedback. How many of us have seen police cars on patrol during the night hours? Hardly any.
Vrom my experience of calling the police, they will only say they will convey it to nearby patrol which will take .... 20 - 30 mins or sometimes even longer until i have to call them again.

Like any life when you are young, this is a tragedy happens at the wrong time at wrong place. It is like a perfect storm timing for the worst to the 5 of them. RIP to them all. Anyone can recall your life when you are young and close to this but was given a second chance.

Although death & injuries are always sad & bad to have happen in any community, the sadder part of everything is that all this can be avioded by the victims themselves.
The bravo of the driver staging this scenaro need not have so many in car passengers. The driver with friends by the sidewalks outside the racing car was not going anywhere.
The ride of the thrill was a very casual take up from many of the passengers. Not much fore thought. One driver's mistake.

Ear-witness, not eye witness. He just heard a lot of things, didn't see what actually happened. He only saw the car on fire after the accident happened.

She did not come down from the car, she came from the other side of the roadand run into the fire.
