I love the vibes of Greg and his story is just Amazing! Well done Sergi, Codemify and Greg. I've been in software development for 10+ years mostly as a IT Project Manager, but 9 months ago I also made a change and moved to manual QA position. Now I'm doing both manual and automated QA of the same product and I enjoy every day doing this.
It's never late to make change and pursue what you love and enjoy to do. Good luck, everyone!

I have a question around job search on the market of US:
If we didn't have authorisation to work in the US, how should I handle this thing ?
I'm originally from Ukraine and still there and if it's possible to get advise, I would really appreciate it.

You can't work directly on US company without work authorization. But you can find the company in your country, or open one yourself(in US or UA). And work B2B with them. If you have a good relationships with a US employer.
