Thank you Susan for having this series of painting papers. I am a collage artist and am always looking for new ways to paint papers to use in my collages. I really like this use of silk paint to paint on paper instead of cloth. It has a lovely finish which appears to be mat instead of satin or shiny like acrylic paint. I really like it. So thank you again.

Thanks for you comments Laurie - yes, the silk paint acts just like watercolour, ie the texture of the paper is retained. The advantage over watercolour is that the silk paint is easier to paint on in large areas and the colours are clear and bright and also stay put when you layer them - they don't become muddy. Glad you enjoyed the video!
