Hi James I spend a lot of time in Thailand. There are many Asian club manufacturers which are not well known over here, but they are great. My local Thai professional helped me by making up a 5 wood from some spare parts and it has fab ball speed and I can hit it consistently straight. Thanks for the video, I think asian golf is a whole new world yet to be explored by a quality RUclipsr.

@@JamesRobinsonGolf Ah, yes, Majesty golf. Japanese company (Maruman might ring a bell) catering to a small group of well-off people who want a PW that has a loft of 42 degrees. But, then they also give you a 10-iron with a loft of 35? (5(20) 6(22) 7(25) 8(28) 9(31) 10(35) PW(42) AW(49) SW(55)). My 6 iron is 31! Pretty gaudy. Anyhow, I think it is obvious what their target market is.

I have an 11 degree Nickent driver I found in a trash can about 20 years ago. I think it had been stolen from the Pro Shop, then deliberately broken. I bought a new shaft and grip ($130 total) and put it back to work. I then discovered the club could be bought on the clearance rack for $95. I still take it out every so often, but I wouldn’t consider it a magic wand.😂
