    Excellent class, Sir, but forgive my ignorance. What are the bols you play before the start of the tihais. Is it just the basic teen taal?

      Yes those are the bols of the Teen Taal Theka (albeit, embellished).

    Is there any rule for number of "Khule-Bols" and "Banda-Bols" in Dupalli, Tipalli and Chaupalli compositions?

      Not particularly - depends on the composer's thoughts. No hard rules.
