Thank you so much for this video! My family lived in the Anchorage/Eagle River area in the mid-70s and the best memories of my childhood stem from our annual drives down to Homer. I went back 30 years ago and the magic of the beach at the end of the Spit was still the same, and I caught a bit of it in your video. Thank you for the lovely walk down memory lane with you and your beautiful famly.

So I think I found my new place to live! I love those temperatures! Here in Minnesota we also have over a 100 degree temperature range. My ideal temperature for summer would be 70 degrees and winter would be 20 to 30 degrees.

White (cream) clam chowder is known in my parts as New England Clam "chowdah". (said w/ a Bosotn accent), As opposed to the tomato based Manhattan chowder. Every restaurant has their signature recipe! Great video- I adore your family!

Brought back such beautiful memories for me, as my 4 kids born and raised in Ak, we loved every weekend driving to seward and/or Homer...beautiful ( I compare the scenery, water to what Heaven looks like)😢❤⛺️

Your children have gotten so big! Natalie is becoming such a beautiful young lady. I love watching your videos. I was lucky enough to get to Alaska once on a cruise and fell in love with it.
