- I have been busy for the past few weeks as I have taken on some work which has allowed me to travel to the Canadian border all the way down to Homer with many other locations in the state. On my travels I have seen some amazing sights and got to experience the Valdez STOL competitions and see some amazing sights and wildlife. I love a good air show. Those pilots are so amazingly talented.
Aren't the eagles absolutely amazing?? We have bajillions of them up here, and we still get excited every time we see them. 😊 My aunt lived in Valdez for many years and she had a huge tree that would hold dozens of eagles at a time, and frequently did. She dubbed it "The eagle tree", and took photos of it all the time. Praise God you and Kenai are living such a fabulous life in that gorgeous place!
Hi Diana! Yes, they are! I remember seeing trees full of them when on the cruise I took many years ago. They looked like tennis balls dotting the spruce trees. Kenai and I consider ourselves to be very fortunate to live in such a fantastic state! Hope all is well with you! 🤗🐺💗

I live in Alaska and grow nantes carrots. They keep in my refrigerator crisper drawer for more than 6 months and up to 12 months.
Loved watching the plane..my father was a pilot and used to "play" like that too...good memories

Wow absolutely awesome footage of the Bald Eagles 🦅. Your garden looks great. Never realized that you can plant a potato to grow more potatoes. That fence color spray paint blends in with the cabin and the surrounding forest. Glad you got your care package and love everything that I got for you. Another Awesome video. Good morning! Great video! Have you heard of the Seek app for your phone? You can hover over a plant's leaves or flowers and the app will identify. However, not sure about real and mock strawberries.

Glad you enjoyed the video! I have used an app similar to the Seek app before but did not have success with it. I plan on letting there grow throughout the summer and see what they produce before removing from the garden. 🤗🐺💗

I got a new puppy, he's gray with red highlights, it's going to be interesting to see what his color will be in nine months, he's a great pyrenees bloodline, with Australian kelpi, and Kue is trying to be a big brother to him. I named him Silver, he seems to like it, and I'm expecting two kittens in three weeks. I love life in the quiet lane. The Weather here has been wonderful. Take time to smell the flowers 💐 and soak in the views. 😃😎😇

Hi Alone, looks like you has a bit of fun! I enjoy airshows. I've been to some military shows and have gone a few times to the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Red Hook, NY. They fly WW1 planes at the Aerodrome and I rode in a 1929 open cockpit biplane Hope all is well with you, take care and hugs for Kenai. ☺

Hi Randy! You're welcome. Sorry about the mix up. Thank you for the compliment on the videos. As far as the equipment/software that I use, I mainly film with my iphone and edit on my desktop with ShotCut which can be downloaded for free. I have used others like Divinci 17, and Adobe, but these were very advance and costly. Not only did I not find them to be intuitive, but they also ate up a lot of storage on my computer. 🤗🐺💗

Thank you for another video. I hope the temperatures has risen by now. We went from winter in April, to full summer turning May. It has been wonderful, and we need to enjoy every moment, as we dont know how long it will last. I planted out the tomatoes long before our normal last frostdate, which is May 20, but sometimes we get frostnights in June. Good luck on your garden! I totally agree, one needs flowers too. Lovely!

If you like caramel maybe you have had sweetened condensed Milk, boiled in the unopened can, it's easiest done in a crock pot, make sure the can is covered with water and cook for 5-6 hours. It makes the creamiest caramel. Great for eating with sliced apples or any way you can think of.

The military plane is a C130 that is made in Marietta Ga. Since we live here, we see them all the time. Really enjoy your channel expecially all the beautiful scenery. You can keep the ice and snow in Alaska. Don't want it in Ga.😊

Beautiful place you live at. Your garden looks good. I love the Moose they are huge. We have had a lot of rain also. The eagles are beautiful, they are waiting on the fish. Thank you for sharing this
you could put a plastic cover over the beds the beginning of May.. let the meagre sunlight warm the ground.
then you could plant earlier and just leave the beds covered until it's warm enough ..
and you could make it so that you could flip the plastic cover over the beds in the event of unseasonable frost or snow.. ..
also.. the plastic cover would extend garden life in the fall..
just use the white pipe method you used for the greenhouse on the side of your house.
tie it to the pvc piping when not needed..
just a thought.
